Rescue 49 runs a Motor Vehicle Accident with Injuries while Covering Exeter Township Fire Department

Rescue 49 was asked to cover Exeter Township Fire Department Station 25-3 while they were having their Fireman's Banquet. The 49 crew started their night with dinner at station 25-2 with Companies 64 (West Reading) and 7 (Birdsboro) and ended their stand-by with and Accident with injuries. Crews were dispatched to Walnut Road, Exeter Township for a Motor Vehicle Accident with injuries. Crews arrived on location and found a one car accident with two patients. One still in the vehicle and one walking  wounded patient. Crews stabilized the vehicle and assisted EMS with extrication of the patient in the vehicle, while other crew members assisted EMS with packaging the patient that was walking wounded. Crews later went available.
